I have a cosy double bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom flat share, where you will be living with Isabella, a lovely 21yr old that's half Brazilian half Italian. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one single and one double; a bathroom with bathtub/standing shower, a kitchenette open to an open-plan living/dining room; a small laundry room and a small patio/terrace outside space facing the sun. It has high ceilings, lots of light, plants, and a modern romantic touch. It is also more like a home as I am leaving the book shelves full of books, the kitchen fully equipped and the bathroom stocked with towels...etc. The double room is with a King sized bed, a side table, a big two part wardrobe with lots of storage space; a small desk/chair, and a small set of drawers with a mirror above it. Located in Shepherd's Bush, walking distance to both tube and train stations, as well as the Shepherd's Bush Market, it's very central and easy to access public transport from... It's walking distance to parks like Holland Park and Ravenscourt Park; walking distance to Hammersmith and the river Thames; and it's next to Westfield's Shopping Mall... It's entrance is in a private mews called Devonport Mews. I am looking for a female only, to rent from preferably end of August 2025 till beginning of June 2026... the dates can be slightly flexible... The rent is £1350 per month, inclusive of bills/council tax/Wifi. The deposit is £1350, equal to one month of rent.
