About Us: • 1 woman from Poland, 30y professional and former CSM student, working in the city • 1 woman from Germany, 40y professional, working mainly from home, travel & lifestyle industry The House: • 4-bedroom house • 1 garden view room available immediately (freshly painted) • 1 ground floor room available immediately (freshly painted) • Shared: living room (9sqm) with sleeping couch, fully equipped kitchen (gas-oven, fridge, freezer) 19sqm, utility room with washing machine, garden 45sqm, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub. All facilities are shared with no direct access from any of the bedrooms. Alarm system and house insurance.
