1 room of 12m² in Groningen

Hey Girls! Cozy furnished room available in girls house from first of juli until the 19th of January. The room is 12m2 in a house with three (Dutch) girls. The room is located near Noorderplantsoen (2 minute walk) and Jumbo Beren (also 2 minute walk). The city center and Zernike are both 10 min by bike. The room is equipped with its own cute kitchen. The shower/toilet is a shared space. There is no common living room. We are in search of a neat and trustworthy girl (age 17-27) to rent the room while the owner is on exchange. Internationals are welcome. The room has a lot of windows which can all be opened. We are a respectable house with a clear cleaning schedule for the bathroom.
