2 rooms apartment of 95m² in Ericeira

Spacious (by European standards), bright flat in the middle of Ericeira on the second floor, no lift unfortunately. Large living room with foldable desk, one ergonomic chair, dining table, sitting area and smart TV. I work from home and can confirm the internet is very fast. Large kitchen with small balcony from which there is a tiny sea view in the distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher (getting fixed atm - should be working by August), fridge-freezer, and a washer-dryer laundry machine. Recently renovated bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Both bedrooms have great light in the morning. The flat is in the center of Ericeira close to beaches (5min walk) restaurants, cafés, shops, market, bars and anything else the town has to offer. The flat is on a residential street, so noise is kept to a minimum and the windows have very good soundproofing should there be any noise. Happy to provide tips of where to go for basics or specific things of course (. good coffee, best bread, etc.)! You will likely find everything walking around anyway and it's probably more fun to 'discover' rather than follow advice :) Please remove shoes immediately after entering the flat. No smoking indoors, only on the balcony, please. Please be aware that the floor is wooden and can get damaged by water (particularly if you come back in a wet wetsuit/with a wet surfboard, please make sure to keep the wooden floor dry). This is my home and would love to exchange with people who will take care of it :) I’m slightly allergic to dog hair and rather allergic to cats, so no pets for long stays unfortunately. My flat is not specifically set up for children, but happy to accommodate in as far as possible.
