The apartment comes furnished with the master bedroom already prepared and the second bedroom available as either a second bedroom or a guest bedroom / office. One parking space underground is as good as gold and a nice large-sized balcony (not quite terrace sized in our books). What I like is that the apartment is above the roof line of the surrounding buildings so you get nice light and unobstructed views. Two bathrooms as well. Neighborhood: Works if you want to be central-East in the city for work or pleasure. Nearby interesting bits are Obor Farmer`s Market (biggest in the country), the French Cultural Institute, Bucharest Chinatown (don`t get excited, it`s not big) and walking distance to the Stefan cel Mare metro station and Icoanei neighborhood.
