**only suitable for singles or couples** The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building, in a quiet side street, in the south of Nuremberg, near the train station, in the St. Peter district. The connection to public transport is very good. Various tram lines can be reached in the immediate vicinity. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, so it's also perfect for commuters to Fürth/Erlangen. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The apartment is rented from to for a limited period of time, as I have a long stay abroad. The 3.5-room apartment in the attic is divided into a large, semi-open, fully equipped kitchen. A spacious, bright living room with access to the south-facing roof terrace. A guest room with sofa bed. The bedroom has a large bed (180 cm), in front of it is a dressing area. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and bidet. In a side chamber is the washing machine. The staircase is closed from the 2nd floor and belongs to part of the apartment, which can be ideally used as a cloakroom. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
