Hi, my name is Mary, I am happy to introduce my gallery house alongside Nakasendo pass in Kiso Valley in Nagano-pref. This house was built in 1871 originally, it was used to be as a food shop and the family lived there for a long time. In 2023 the old house was renovated as gallery, however it keeps Japanese traditional rooms as it is and it has still remained some parts of Edo-Showa era style. The house is alongside the historic Nakasendo pass , you might feel the old days the people passed by. Located in Kiso-Fukushima, it is the place just between Tokyo and Kyoto. Express trains connects from Nagano, Matsumoto, and Nagoya. This house is located just a short walk from the station and local shops, the house offers both convenience and tranquility.
