I have a 3 bedroom flat available to rent in NE2. It is a family home of 3 generations in a traditional community. I have relocated to Ireland for work - but it will remain my home with some things stored there. Front double room already let . Small room already agreed to let. ONE LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM AT BACK WITH FITTED WARDROBES AND DESK LEFT?? My summer tenants moves out on 23rd this month . Deep industrial clean (like I'm really looking forward to that!!!) It is 15 mins walk to Universities , 10 to the RVI 20 minutes to St James Park. Preference for females as my lead tenant would prefer that.
