Fully equipped with everything you might need. A basement storage room is available, and bikes can also be kept in the courtyard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The monthly rent includes all utilities—electricity, heating, and internet. A deposit will be required, and a sublease agreement will be signed. We are looking to rent to either a couple or a single person—the apartment is not suitable for a shared flat. Centrally located in the popular Kreuzviertel area! Plenty of cafés and restaurants, a young and vibrant atmosphere, and excellent connections via public transport as well as by car (B1/A40).
