A vehicle (car, golf cart, or ATV) is recommended for easy exploration. We provide high-speed WiFi, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches to make your stay effortless. Pleaes note that the bedrooms are only accessed from the exterior, they do not connect internally. House Rules No smoking indoors; the designated smoking area is the parking lot. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of other residents. When using the AC, please ensure bedroom doors are closed to prevent system issues. We are located in the driest area in the country so we kindly ask for saving water Cancellation policy If Guest wishes to cancel their Reservation with up to a 90-day notice all money will be returned minus a US$500 Cancellation fee. If Cancellation is received in less than 90-days, no money will be returned. In the event the cancelled property is rebooked, reimbursement will be made to the Guest and the Guest will only be charged the US$500 Cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for any kind of early checkout. A US$500 Cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations made after 48 hours from the time that the Reservation was confirmed. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against cancellations caused by events beyond their control.
