Whether it be those in-between selling and buying or building their own home, relocating or out of town contractors here for a term project, or those on extended holiday etc. A fully furnished, 2 bedroom house, fully equipped kitchen, with private front & back yard, in a quiet cul de sac. linen, towels and blankets can be provided on request. Each bedroom is configured with either a queen bed, or 2 singles, bedside drawers and chair. The master bedroom has a double wardrobe. Walking distance to Taradale Shops and 15 minutes drive to both Hastings and Napier. Very close to supermarket, takeaways, pharmacy and bus stop. 1.2k distance to laundrette. Off street parking available for 1 car with additional parking in a laneway. Rent covers two adult occupants, WIFI and limited but reasonable use of power.
