1 room of 27m² in Mexico City

¿Te gustan esos lugares escondidos de la ciudad donde de un lado tienes paz y tranquilidad pero del otro lado el “hermoso caos” de la CDMX? Si alzaste la ceja al leerlo, te rento una habitación amueblada, bonita y súper iluminada, en un depa totalmente amueblado de 75 m². La habitación tiene baño propio, así que tendrás tu privacidad. Este depa me encanta por su ubicación: parque justo enfrente, calles prácticamente sin tráfico y se siente muy seguro porque están la Plaza de Toros y el Estadio a la vuelta (hay mucha vigilancia). Y del otro lado estás súper conectadx; si manejas, sales enseguida a Viaducto, tienes Patriotismo a dos cuadras e Insurgentes muy cerca, además de metro cerquita. Cerca caminando: - 🛒 Súper Soriana + 🚇 Metro San Antonio (línea naranja) (~7 min) - 🚲 Ecobici a dos cuadras. - 🥬 Mercado San Pedro de los Pinos (~10 min) - 🌳 Parque Hundido (~10 min) - 🏢 Metropoli Pariotismo (~10 min) - 🏪 Tiendita en la esquina - 🌮☕🍻 Mucha comida (sí: buenos tacos), cafés y bares por la zona Sobre mí: soy sociable, extrovertido y de risa fácil. También soy “la señora de las plantas” 🌿 y casi siempre que estoy en la compu traigo un café en la mano, así que el depa suele oler rico ☕. The room comes with its own private bathroom, so you’ll have your privacy. I love this place because of the location: there’s a park right across the street, the surrounding streets have almost no traffic, and it feels very safe because Plaza de Toros and the Stadium are just around the corner (there’s always security). And on the other side, you’re super well-connected—if you drive, you’re quickly on Viaducto, Patriotismo is two blocks away, Insurgentes is very close, and the metro is nearby too.
