Cute downstairs flat with great Town Belt views and plenty of afternoon sun. It’s close to frequent bus services (#2, 14 and others), Hataitai village, Kilbirnie and Evan’s Bay, and also handy to Newtown and the central city. There’s lots of great bush and coastal walks and runs nearby, and it’s a short walk to Kilbirnie pool. From experience, this flat tends to work best for a couple. In addition to the main bedroom, there is a small room off the lounge, which can be used as an office/studio or space for guests. It has an oven, heat pump in the living room, kitchen and bathroom extractor fans, bathroom heater and heated towel rail, and a near new fridge/freezer and washer/dryer (in the bathroom). There is a small lawn area adjacent to the flat with a clothes line, and a little covered deck area that gets good late afternoon/evening sun. The access is walk-up via a shared zigzag path - so getting some extra cardio exercise in is easy. Parking - if you need it - is on the street below. We live upstairs, and are generally able to look after the lawn mowing and garden maintenance.
