2 rooms apartment of 33m² in Trafford

My home is located in Stretford, Old Trafford, Manchester! Only a 10-15 min walk to Manchester United Football Ground. Its a 3 bedroom house in a quiet, family residential area with a nice sized garden. There are 2 TV rooms downstairs if privacy is required or if my chit chat starts boring you haha! Only a one minute walk to the lovely, local Longford Park. I work in the Fire Service, so i do shifts of 4 on and 4 off: 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts, then 4 days off. This may benefit some people who require there own space and privacy. TRUST & HONESTYis so Important as I am new to Home Stay and I am doing this for the first time. I want your stay to be rewarding and pleasurable and the same for me too hopefully!I am looking forward to meeting like-minded, exciting people who are well travelled with stories to tell and in return all I ask is to learn a few foreign words haha... I am more than willing to offer useful advise on Manchester and the UK in general, worthwhile places to visit, do's and dont's etc....
