There are three 689-square-foot bungalows that share an infinity pool, BBQ area, and breathtaking ocean views. Each of these bungalows has an open concept main living area packed with a lot of style and functionality. Two of these smaller bungalows contain one bedroom and two full bathrooms, the third bungalow has one bedroom and one bathroom. The thatched roofs create the ambiance of a tropical isle, and inside, the vaulted ceilings offer a sense of spaciousness, and the opportunity for loft spaces. Large windows and sliding glass doors in the main living, dining, and kitchen area provide the beautiful ocean view from many vantage points, allow plenty of natural light in, and create a connection between indoors and outdoors. These living areas even feature an attractive brick fireplace, creating a cozy, romantic ambiance. The bedroom is surprisingly spacious, furnished with a queen-size bed and sleek wood headboard and shelving. The en-suite bathroom will feature a vanity with sink, a shower, and commode. In the two bungalows with a second bathroom, it is conveniently located just off the main living area. Nearby this group of three bungalows is a parking area with room for 10 vehicles. Each of these smaller bungalows is available for rent on a nightly basis for $65 per night during the low season and $85 per night in the high season, with a two-night minimum stay. Monthly rates are also available at $480 per month in the low season and $680 per month in the high season. Holiday rates available upon request. Also available for rent in the same gated community is a larger three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom bungalow boasting its own private pool! This 1,561-square-foot bungalow has an even more spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with a wall of windows and French doors that lead out to a spacious covered patio. The views of the Pacific are magnificent from this inviting space! There is a natural wood breakfast bar peninsula large enough to seat six. Each of the three bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and there is also a half-bathroom, making this unit ideal for the whole family or couples traveling together. The covered patio has a set of outdoor sofa and chairs with comfy upholstered cushions, a couple of hammocks for afternoon naps, and a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meals as the sun sets. To one side of the patio is the deep blue private infinity pool, and the built-in palapa-covered BBQ area with outdoor sink, and terra cotta and deep blue colored tile trim. The master bedroom in this bungalow is spacious and boasts a floor-to-ceiling closet and custom built-in chest of drawers, as well as, a large en-suite master bathroom. This family-sized bungalow is sure to meet and exceed your vacation expectations! It is available for rent for $150 per night in the low season, and $200 per night in the high season. Monthly rates are $1,200 per month in the low season, and $1,500 per month in the high season. The grounds around these bungalows are filled with colorful and fragrant flowers and lush, tropical foliage.
