LOCATION The house is within reach of a local shop, pub/restaurant and walking distance to Chelmsford's vibrant city centre with a wide selection of high street and independent shops and places to eat and drink. THE HOUSE AND THE ROOM The room is a double bedroom on the ground floor at the back of the house. It comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double ottoman bed with extra storage underneath. The house has a good sized kitchen with plenty of cupboard space and which leads open plan into a dining/seating area. Residents can also benefit from use of the back garden and off road parking for one car with this room. There is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, both with toilets. There are 5 bedrooms in total in the house. RELEVANT LETTING FEES AND TENANT PROTECTION As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
