Harbour Place is a private housing estate located at 8 Oi King Street, Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Occupancy began in May 2008. The estate was originally part of the Hung Wan Peninsula Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) project, completed in August 2002. However, after the government announced the cessation of HOS sales, the ownership of Hung Wan Peninsula was sold back to the developers involved in the project, Sun Hung Kai Properties and NWS Holdings. It was subsequently converted into a private housing estate with a residents' clubhouse. The estate comprises seven approximately 35-story residential towers, providing 2,470 units. Property management is handled by Lei Yip Services, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties.
