Laguna Verde is a private waterfront residential estate located at 8 Laguna Road, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It comprises 25 blocks in 5 phases, providing 4,735 units. The site was originally the CLP Power Plant's Hok Yuen Power Station. After relocation between 1994 and 1996, it was redeveloped into residential housing (although the power plant's associated substation was not demolished and has been separated from the project site). It was developed by Cheung Kong Holdings and CLP Group, designed by Hing Yip Architects, and managed by Cheung Kong Holdings' subsidiary, Ko Wai Property Management. Phase 1 was constructed by Hin Lee Construction; Phases 2 and 3, and the residents' clubhouse, were built by Modern Architecture; Phases 4 and 5, and the Laguna Verde shopping mall, were built by Seafood Construction.
