The Vantage’s new six-star clubhouse features a 25-meter rooftop pool, a captain’s bar, a banquet hall, a gym, and a poolside cinema. The “Captain’s Observation Deck,” with its sloping floor-to-ceiling windows, is located on the top floor and is triangular in shape, resembling the control room of a cruise ship. Inside, there are telescopes and a space chair, allowing residents to enjoy the views of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal and Victoria Harbour. Kai Shore comprises 29 floors (including the ground floor, low-level clubhouse, and high-level clubhouse, but excluding floors 4, 13, 14, and 24). Floors 3 to 30 offer 551 studio to two-bedroom residential units with usable floor areas ranging from 170 to 425 square feet. Studio and one-bedroom units make up over 80% of the total. Each floor from 3 to 16 has 25 units and four elevators. The remaining floors include a ground floor with a residential entrance lobby and a shopping mall. 1st Floor: Shopping Mall 2nd floor: Covered garden with landscaped area, mechanical and electrical room 17th Floor: Shelter Floor, Lower Clubhouse and Upper Clubhouse: Resident Recreation Facilities. The basement and the first floor are a shopping mall of approximately 34,500 square feet, named Kai On Alley.
