Vi hyr ut ett rum i vår lägenhet i centrala Linköping med fin utsikt över Domkyrkan och parkmiljö. Lägenheten ligger på tredje våningen (ej hiss). Du har tillgång till ett stort och rymligt kök samt två balkonger. Badrummet delas med oss. Tvättstuga finns tillgänglig i källaren. Rummet är ungefär 10 kvm och möblerat med skrivbord, säng och garderob. Från lägenheten finns bra förbindelser till universitetet. Cykel till Campus Valla tar cirka 15 minuter och till Campus US cirka 10 minuter. Det är även cirka 5 minuters promenad till innerstaden. Vi är borta mycket under sommaren. Rummet hyrs ut till kvinna. --- We are renting out a room in our apartment in central Linköping, with a beautiful view of the Cathedral and surrounding park area. The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator). You will have access to a large and spacious kitchen, as well as two balconies. The bathroom is shared with us, and there is a laundry room available in the basement. The room is approximately 10 square meters and is furnished with a desk, bed, and wardrobe. The apartment has good connections to the university. It takes about 15 minutes by bike to Campus Valla and around 10 minutes to Campus US. The city center is only a 5-minute walk away. We are away quite a lot during the summer. We are looking for a female tenant.
