I am looking for someone(s) (dual occupancy available) to take over my tenancy (replacement tenant(s)) for a premium 23sqm studio (Platinum Studio Plus) situated on the top floor of the IQ Bristol building (Marlborough Str. Bristol City Center). Really close to bus station and University of Bristol. Only students accepted. The studio features huge windows giving the studio lots of natural light, where you can enjoy breath-taking views of Bristol from the comfort of your bed. The room also includes a private bathroom, private kitchen (Microwave, Oven, Hob) with accessories/appliances that spice it up, under-bed storage, study area, dinning area, fridge, wardrobe, notice board, bookshelf and anything that a student may desire. All inclusive bills, free fast WiFi. The building features a gym, bicycle storage, 24/7 staff security, CCTV, laundry room, games room and music practice room. The studio was recently refurbished (new mattress, extra lighting, more storage, and personal). The studio is available from October 06, while the contract has an 11 month duration - Aug 29 2026). The official weekly rent is £463, as set by the provider and it cannot be changed. However, I can help cover the rest so the total works out, as long as you can pay at least £1,400 per month. This way, you’ll only need to contribute that amount, and I’ll make sure the provider still receives the full rent.
