Fully furnished, short or long term, hot water included. This Tiny House is a unique and compact 2.5 level independent furnished little house. The top level is lounge/ study with inbuilt desk and great views over Johnsonville. It has a direct entrance to the road. The lower level is kitchen/dining room with balcony, also an outside entrance. In between there is a split level double bed. There are internal steps. The kitchen is fully equiped and has an induction top, fridge, microwave/ conventional oven. and air-fryer. There is a heat pump, a washing machine, clothes dryer and dehumidifier. Bedding is supplied. We have changed from Gas to electric. On the photo is still the gas oven and heater which are now replaced. Also the furniture in the lounge will be replaced by new Ikea Sofa, coffee table, chair arriving 30 June. The Tiny House can be viewed from 23 June when the current tenant is leaving and then I also will add new photos. No dogs, a cat is fine.
