3 rooms house of 651m² in Rotorua

We are sadly leaving Rotorua to pursue work opportunities and are putting our lovely house up for rent. This is a modern house located in Kawaha Point, which we have treasured for almost 3 years. It is located about a 5 minute drive from the hospital (or an easy, flat bike ride) and about 10 minutes drive into the city. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the main room having an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Adjoining the house is a spacious automated garage big enough for 2 cars and gated off-street parking. This house is extremely well insulated - in fact we could probably count on one hand how many times we have had to use the heat pump over the past 3 years! We have also built in fly-screens into almost all windows & the main sliding door, so you can keep windows and doors open in the summer without letting the pesky insects in. The garden is still young but growing quickly. In the garden there are 2 established feijoa trees and a productive lemon tree. We'd love someone with green fingers in here, but I am also happy to make the trip to maintain the garden every now and then. This house comes unfurnished aside from the fridge and a relatively new (and excellent) samsung washing machine. In the laundry there is a hot water cupboard which is awesome for drying clothes when it is raining outside. Some of the furniture could be negotiable. There is also cat door (cats are welcome! dogs negotiable). Our ideal tenant(s) would be someone who takes care of the house like their own and intend on being in Rotorua long-term. Move-in costs are 3 weeks rent +/- pet bond
