It has its own little marina on the beautiful river, accessed by a short, steep walk between Kauri, Pohutakawa and Manuka trees. A single and double kayak are available to borrow. Moorings are available for your yacht or launch at additional cost. Electric boat hire is available from our jetty at additional cost. This well insulated and quiet home has air conditioning / heat pump and HRV air circulation throughout the house. Wifi internet is available. The large garden provides plenty of place to relax and for kids to play.
