2 rooms of 18m² in Brussels

Hello! I am looking for a housemate for a room in a shared 2-bedroom apartment from 15 September, located right next to the EU Institutions (3 minutes’ walk from Maalbeek station and Square Marie Louise). The apartment is modern and renovated. It is composed of a spacious living room, a small terrasse and 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and an underground deposit. It has various appliances installed (new oven, washing machine, dishwasher, private heating, etc. ). The area is safe and quiet as it is right behind the EU Institutions, away from the main circulated streets, and the residents inside the building are also calm and welcoming. It is close by the lake in Square Marie Louise, ~7 minutes away from Proxy Delhaize and other shops in Square Saint Joose, 15 minutes away from Parc Cinquantenaire and Parc de Bruxelles. The rent for the room is 815 euros, which includes some utilities (water, heating, maintenance of common building areas). Internet and electricity are paid separately. There is a 2-months deposit which is to be paid as well to the owner (can be done in a Belgian locked account). The room comes unfurnished, but it contains a large built-in wardrobe. You would be living with me, I am a young professional working at the EU Institutions, I am calm, clean, and I like to have friends over from time to time. I am looking for a housemate (preferably a woman), who is queer (friendly), veggie (friendly), is also a (young) professional or student staying for more than one semester.
