Salite al primo piano di una piccola palazzina e troverete il vostro appartamento immerso nella tranquillità composto da un bella cucina abitabile, un grande soggiorno con un divano letto, la camera da letto matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato, al suo interno potrete ammirare dei bellissimi quadri e delle fotografie artistiche fatti dai suoi proprietari. L'appartamento ha tutte le comodità: Wi-Fi, lavatrice, aria condizionata, smart Tv, forno a microonde, macchina del caffè e tanto altro. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee. These payments must be made within 7 days of booking confirmation; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. + Every 30 days from the start of the lease, the rent and utilities for the following month must be paid.
