A hard to find 2nd floor apartment with large 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 guest toilet, lots of storage area, 3 balconies of 60 sqm total and 1 parking space. The boutique residence is an adress where apartments are rarely available. The apartment is a good size at 185 sqm usable inside and comes unfurnshed. Good storage space throughout. Good light as well, the photos were taken on a dark and nasty day I`m afraid and don`t show it well. The building is watched 24/7 by guards and cameras, but this is Primaverii where a lot of diplomats and political elites live so discrete police presence is robust. Parking space in the garage. Safest neighborhood in the city (although counter-intuitive maybe, Bucharest is one of the safest cities in Europe). Three parks within easy walking distance, restaurants, a really good sports club and a the Metro station in Piata Charles De Gaulle.
