Would best suit someone who appreciates rural living (albeit only 10 minutes drive from New Plymouth) and who doesn't mind having farm animals as neighbours. This unit is fully furnished with everything you could need including bed, bedding & towels (if required), Smart TV, small fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, crockery/cutlery, jug, toaster, crock pot, sandwich toaster etc. The unit is insulated and heated by a heatpump and has a good high pressure hot shower. Rent includes costs (power, WiFi etc). This is a small home (8m x 2.7m) and is ideal for shorter term stays, unless you are a minimalist and 'tiny home living' is your thing! (If you like cats there is a resident cat that would love to live with you if you unlock the cat flap!). There is no garden maintenance - just a small, covered deck and a peaceful outlook. We have a very large, productive veggie garden which the tenant is welcome to help themselves to. Due to its size this unit is only suitable for a single tenant. It's not suitable for someone with lots of stuff (there's no room) although there is some storage underneath the cabin for outdoor things . kayak, fishing rods.
