The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by four persons in total. * Electricity consumption of 50 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 50 units are included in the rent. If the consumption limit for heating, water and electricity is exceeded, the landlord is entitled to an additional payment.
