Our converted Victorian flat offers a peaceful private room and bathroom, just steps from colourful Lark Lane and lovely Sefton Park & Palm House. Buses to the airport and city centre stop nearby. The lower ground room catches the sunlight to offer a cosy place to stay.It has a King-size bed and a private shower.A Fridge, kettle, toaster and a dedicated workstation with a sitting area.We have Fast Wi-Fi and an Amazon Fire TV.For longer stays the space can be reconfigured within reason to suit a guests preferences(1 month ).Full use our back yard garden.Guest accessFour steps to entrance lobby and shoe change area, straight ahead , stairway to your place.I do not recommend the access for serious disability . Feel free to ask.You have total privacy in your downstairs space.We live on the ground floor and you will share the main entrance & shoe change area with us and Ruby the cat.Currently, only snack prep area. Happy to wash used cups, cutlery & plates etc . They'll be washed and returned.
