Summary:Come and stay in our modern & clean apartment, located right in the heart of the city centre. This two bedroom apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of all attractions.Memory foam beds, all bed linens provided, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and a host of other amenities in a great, central location!Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.The Space:The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising. There is a large wall mounted TV.The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, pots, pans and cutlery and a Tesco supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away.The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a comfy spring mattress as well as ample hanging space and a reading lamp should you require.The 2nd bedroom again has a comfy spring mattress - though this time it's a king size. The handy sofabed is small double size so perfect for 2 children but 2 adults might be a bit cramped.The apartment also comes with one car park space.Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.Guest Access:You have the entire apartment to yourself, make yourself at home!The Neighborhood:The apartment is just a 12 minute walk away from Liverpool One and is close to Liverpool Lime Street Station, as well as all the local attractions including The Walker Art Gallery, The Empire Theatre and St George's Hall.Getting Around:Liverpool Lime Street Station and Moorfields Station are just a short walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops located around the city. A taxi from the apartment into the city centre costs no more than £3.Other Things to Note:The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST.Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from06:00 - 02:00on Mondays - Thursdays, on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.
