This is a nice clean bedroom, light and airy with two windows and wooden flooring.It's furnished with one double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail and a built-in cupboard for extra storage. Adults only and one guest per room.I have spare bedding available and you are free to use all kitchen utensils and laundry facilities whenever you like. Please note room one is on the ground floor and the bathroom is on the first floorYou will be sharing the bathroom and Kitchen with myself so please keep all areas clean and tidy.Well maintained garden at the front/back, nice table and chairs, barbeque grill and decking.One very strict house rule… No drugs allowed on this property, if on inspections drugs are found you will be asked to leave with no refund. Note:- Cannabis is illegal and classed as a drug.Shops: -The property is about five minutes’ walk to all local shops and amenities,Train: -Castle Bar Park which is an overhead train, takes approximately two minutesBuses: -E11, E5and E1 roughly five minutesPaymentsThis room is on other sites, once your deposit payment is made, only then It will be taken off the other sites calendars.
