1 room apartment of 105m² in Stuttgart

English: We are renting out our dream apartment in a historic building on the quiet Danneckerstrasse, close to the city center, for a period of six months due to a stay abroad. The apartment is available for temporary rental with its current furnishings from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. We love the apartment and the location and, of course, are looking for people who feel just as comfortable here and will treat everything with care :) If you have any questions, we can discuss anything. German: Wir vermieten unsere Altbau-Traumwohnung in der ruhigen, innenstadtnahen Danneckerstrasse für den Zeitraum von sechs Monaten aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts. Die Wohnung wird mit der aktuellen Möblierung vom .3.26 zur Zwischenmiete angeboten. Wir lieben die Wohnung und die Lage und wünschen uns natürlich Menschen, die sich hier genauso wohlfühlen und sorgsam mit allem umgehen :) Falls Fragen bestehen, können wir über alles sprechen.
