KITCHEN -The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, sandwich press, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, fridge, and freezer. BEDROOM -The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with two bedside tables and ambient lighting, ideal for restful nights. -An open wardrobe provides easy access to your clothes and personal items, adding to the stylish and functional design of the room. -Air conditioning ensures you stay cool in warmer weather. -Fresh, high-quality bed linen is provided for your comfort. BATHROOM -The bathroom features a walk-in shower with modern blue tiles, a vanity unit with a sink, a mirror, a toilet, and a hairdryer for your convenience. -Towels are provided for all guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. OUTDOOR SPACE -The private balcony offers stunning views of the sea, with sun loungers making it a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. -The outdoor dining table on the balcony is ideal for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the beautiful coastal scenery. - Have access to a shared terrace, where there is a locked area with the washing machine. Situated in a prime location in Albufeira, this apartment provides easy access to the beach and is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops. Enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation and local charm right at your doorstep. Please note that the washing machine is not located inside the apartment, but rather in a locked area on the shared terrace. Despite regular cleaning and maintenance, small insects may occasionally appear due to the mild climate and proximity to nature, which is characteristic of the region. House rules: 1. Please make yourself at home! 2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy. 3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment. 4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal). 5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building. 6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails. 7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall. Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment. 8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. 9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!). *The property owners cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of gas and electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs, and any other hazardous areas.* Other things to note: We are passionate about travel and enjoy meeting new people from across the globe, thus we aim to share our passion for this unique city with you through our carefully selected property portfolio. This is designed to ensure that you get the best out of your trip to Algarve. We are happy to assist you with booking additional services such as a reservation at a typical Portuguese restaurant for some delicious local food and transport to and from the airport (for an added fee), in order to make your stay all the more enjoyable and unique! Please The apartment itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. We are always available and happy to help you with anything you may need both before and during your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you to the Algarve very soon! If keys are lost, forgotten on the property, or left inside the lock, a penalty fee will be applied. Furthermore, if required, a technical intervention will be arranged and charged accordingly. ******Please note: Facade renovation works are currently underway, having started on July 14th, 2025. The project is expected to last 12 months. Some noise may be experienced during this period.
