Rent 3 bedroom house in Chandler

Hi! I recently had a room open up in the townhouse I rent out within Camden Chandler off Arizona Ave and Queen Creek.I occupy the downstairs bedroom and work from home.The kitchen/ living room and patio are upstairs where the other two bedrooms are.The other bedroom is currently occupied by a young male professional in sales. The bathroom upstairs would be shared between you. The laundry is also located upstairs. We keep the place clean and share the SRP bill. There are no other utilities, I cover the rest. I do have 3 cats but they keep to themselves. Camden Chandler is a beautiful complex that has a great gym, clubhouse, and two nice pools. We are next to the back pool so its nice to have easy access. The room includes a walk in closet.I am looking for someone who is responsible to pay rent on time, and clean up after themselves in the kitchen.
