Living Room and Kitchen The living area is modern and welcoming, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed with a flat-screen tv positioned in front of it. The room is decorated with various furnishing elements, including shelves, chandeliers and clocks. The open-plan kitchen is also located in the same space and includes a dining table with four chairs. It is fully equipped with the main appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, toaster and coffee machine. The living area also provides access to a lovely terrace furnished with a sofa and a dining table, ideal for relaxing outdoors or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. Bedroom and Bathroom Adjacent to the living area is the bedroom, also furnished in a modern style. It consists of a comfortable double bed set within a bridge wardrobe and a wooden chest of drawers.
