The kitchen is equipped with everything a modern kitchen has, just bring your food. Heat pump in living area. Two indoor fire places, one outdoor fireplace and plenty of firewood. Three outdoor entertainment areas, herbs in the garden and veges during the summer months. Couple or solo preferred. Not suitable for small children or pets. The property is well off the street, very quiet, private and surrounded by mature gardens. Gardener included. Weekly tasks for tenant includes mowing tiny lawn (battery operated lawn mower provided), sweeping outdoor patio and taking out the bins. Gardener visits once a fortnight - you just get to enjoy it. Two weeks rent in advance is required before your move in date (essentially a deposit that will cover your last two weeks of rent) then your first rent payment is to be paid on your move in day and weekly from then on.
