This two room apartment was just freshly renovated. It has a very good layout and offers everything you need for your comfortable stay, perfect for one or two persons. The window leads your view into the green back garden. The placement of the room towards the back guarantees you quiet and peace. There is a newly installed kitchen where you will find a big freezer cool combination refrigerator, a coffemachine, microwave, kettel, toaster and a dishwasher. We are foodies, so we try to provide you with proper cooking utensils so that you are really able to get the kitchen going. If you need anything extra, please hit us up. The kitchen as well provides you again with a nice view into the garden. In the flat is additional storage to cleaning utensils etc. The newly designed bathroom has a good size for one to two persons and a walk in shower. The living room has a comfortable size and basically one huge window which allows a lot of light into the room, in general the flat gets a lot of light. From here you as well can step onto the balcony. The centerpiece of the room is a big sofa which allows you relax, read or calm down from the day. There is a dinner table with four comfortable chairs which you could use as a working station as well. The fast and reliable internet connection with 100Mbps allows you to enter the world wide web easily. The flat in general is very well located. Situated in a quiet neighborhood you will find a lot of different shopping options and resturants just around the corner. The transport connections are very pleasing. The train station Wandsbek Markt is about 4 walking minutes away from there you are within 10 minutes at the main central station and within 20 minutes you reach the airport by public transportation. By car you are within 5 Minutes on the next highways giving you the possibility to get going fast.
