I would like you to be employed full-/part-time, military and/or a serious student. I'm very close to SDSU and Grossmont College and close to just about everything else. It would be good to have a schedule that would mesh well with mine.More Details: Private room (10x12?) in a cozy 2BD 2BA nice older La Mesa home. Furnished, sunny room, memory foam mattress, Dish cable including Netflix and Amazon, ceiling fan, carpeting in the house, Cox wireless high-speed internet service, newish front-load washer/dryer, and kitchen privileges. Private bathroom (not attached to your room). Off-street parking. Secure location. Large front and back yards. Outside cabana. Quiet, park-like setting.Looking for one person to fill the occupancy who is an easy going, drama free, responsible, CLEAN roommate (like myself). I would like someone who is a non-smoker (not even outside), who is nice, on the quiet side, cleans up after themselves, and who is respectful, responsible, and trustworthy. Sorry, no overnight visitors.Please bring no drama or problems to the home, not expecting to 'party' in the home. You must LOVE animals because I have dogs (did I already say that?).
