The apartment is 107 usable indoor square meters, which doesn`t take into consideration the nice large terrace off the living room, or the long balcony off the bedrooms in the back. Living room is a double space, meaning one large room of 24 sqm and a second room which was (and can again be) a third bedroom which we have made for now into a study or TV room.
