We have a warm 2 bedroomed semi furnished unit (approximately 50m2) with own access on the lower level of our home in Orewa suitable for 1-2 people. One bedroom is fully furnished. Kitchenette with microwave and electric stove top but no oven. We have an old border collie dog on the premises you will occasionally see in the garden. Not suitable for children. Inclusive of internet, water, rubbish and power. References and bond will be required.
