La struttura si compone di due camere da letto arredate con gusto e funzionalità, completate da un soggiorno dotato di divano letto matrimoniale che amplia la capacità ricettiva dell'appartamento. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali: forno, lavastoviglie e frigorifero con freezer, permettendo di preparare comodamente i propri pasti. I due bagni garantiscono privacy e praticità per tutti gli ospiti. Un vero punto di forza è rappresentato dal terrazzo, perfetto per momenti di relax all'aria aperta o per gustare una colazione con vista sulla città. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i servizi moderni per garantire il massimo comfort durante il soggiorno. The structure consists of two bedrooms furnished with taste and functionality, completed by a living room equipped with a double sofa bed that expands the accommodation capacity of the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances: oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, allowing you to comfortably prepare your meals. The two bathrooms provide privacy and convenience for all guests. A real strength is represented by the terrace, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air or to enjoy a breakfast with a view of the city. The accommodation is equipped with all modern facilities to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The air conditioning system ensures the ideal climate in every season, while the heating keeps the rooms always at the perfect temperature. The washing machine in the apartment allows you to manage the laundry independently, making your stay even more practical and independent. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
