Due to HMO regulations, we rent these apartments to one person each, making them perfect for individuals who want their own space (each studio has a lock on the door for peace of mind). This studio has its own private ensuite bathroom, but you'll share the kitchen and utility room with other tenants. It's a great way to meet and connect with fellow residents. Start Date and Property Preparation: We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don't have to move in on that exact day if it doesn't suit you, but the contract will start.
