2 rooms apartment of 167m² in Bay of Islands

Hi, we have 2 rooms available for board in a good size split apartment. It is 5 minutes walk from Paihia village, so is great for individuals with no vehicle. One room has a queen sized double bed, the other two large single beds. The apartment contains two rooms only, and has a maximum of 4 boarders. You can take 1 room as a sole boarder for $280 per wk, or take 1 room as two boarders sharing that room for $320 per wk. It may suit two friends such as back packers or hospitality workers sharing the room with two single beds, or a couple sharing the room with the queen bed. There is one nice bathroom with a large shower and a shared common room with T.V., air conditioning, a couch and chairs. It has two decks, both with a table and chairs. The apartment is split in to two areas with the second deck un-adjoined to the lounge and bedrooms. The shared kitchen is large, has a couch in it and can act as a second living area. Large fridge freezer, cooking facilities and a very good front loading washing machine with a clothes line near by. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own spaces. It is essentially fully furnished and equipped, just bring your clothes and bedding. There is no room to bring furniture, no external storage, and personal items to be kept in bedrooms. Each bedroom door has a lock key option. As it is part of a larger building with international guests coming and going, and out of consideration to near by apartments, loud or bass sound systems are not allowed, nor excessive noise. There is no on site parking, however, there is plenty of free 24/7 street parking. Please (sorry we are not wins registered). Includes power, and wifi in some parts of the apartment.
