Located just a short drive from the beautiful Falésia Beach (one of the most emblematic and beautiful beaches in the Algarve), Water Parks, Golf Courses and the famous Vilamoura Marina, the apartment offers all the comfort and tranquility for holidays with family or friends. ￫ Building The flat is situated on the first floor of a condominium with access to a swimming pool and private parking. With air conditioning in the bedrooms, your comfort is guaranteed throughout the year! Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the flat is a short drive from the Marina and Falésia beaches. ￫ Bedrooms The flat has two bedrooms: one suite with double bed and balcony and another bedroom with two single beds. ￫ Bathroom The flat has two bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower and the second with shower and a washing machine. ￫ Living Room The living room has two single sofa beds, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony with dining area and views of the condominium garden. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included). ￫ Swimming Pool The swimming pool is shared with the condominium and is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Additional Information: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 10am.
