Unlike sterile rentals, this home has character, filled with soft lighting, cozy nooks, and personal touches that make it feel inviting. The peaceful garden outside offers breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. My name is Jane. My grown-up children have fled the nest, leaving me with a large empty house, which I am delighted to share with visitors to the area. It is a home, not a guest house, with three floors, and the top floor is all yours, and that includes your private living room. My living area is mainly on the ground floor, but I share the kitchen, along with my garden and patio, with my guests. There is plenty of space for all and views of the Tuscan countryside. If you want to work from home or use my house as a base, or even just relax here all day, this place is for you. It is cozy and comfortable, but also practical with all mod cons. Public transport to Florence - 18 Km. A car would be great but not essential. The bus stop is in front of the house and it's called SITA.
