2 rooms house of 74m² in Rome

A house surrounded by greenery with indoor parking in the suburban Pietralata neighborhood, yet connected to the city center via Rome's Metro B line. Two metro stops are nearby: Santa Maria del Soccorso and Ponte Mammolo, both 400 meters from the house (a 15-20 minute metro ride from Termini Station or the Colosseum). The house is on one level and is located within a complex with four other houses. Nearby, there are a pharmacy, pizzeria, and restaurants. The Space The house has two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as outdoor spaces. It also has indoor parking for one car. An oven, dishwasher, smart TV, refrigerator, and iron are also available. Guest Access Guests have access to two bricked outdoor areas. The house is located within a complex, but guests are not allowed to roam freely to respect the privacy of other residents. In addition, pets, such as dogs, live in the adjacent houses, but are kept in fenced areas. Please remember that we are in a rural, country setting, not an apartment in a building. Other things to keep in mind We cannot accommodate additional guests or parties beyond those booked. We cannot barbecue outside or bring bicycles inside. We cannot accommodate pets. We recycle waste.
