There are 25 studio rooms available to book, each room is equipped with kitchenette and en-suite shower or bath. From £850 per month, price is inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, fast speed Wi-Fi internet, free view Tv channels) Pricing £850 pcm for minimum booking of 180 days £950 pcm for minimum booking of 90 days £1050 pcm for minimum booking of 30 days Flexible terms. Minimum stay is 30 days. Prices are based on single occupancy only, we charge £100 extra for one additional adult. Maximum occupancy for the rooms is 2 people. We offer different prices to different rooms based on their sizes and decorative standard. Security fee is required to secure the bookings and to be held as deposit towards the entire stay, the security fee cannot be used as credit against booking fees.
