1 room apartment of 37m² in Grad Pula

With 5 years of exepiriance in renting apartments,this is my first time trying out renting with Flatio application. The apartment is 37m big and is located in strickt center of Pula 200 meter from the Amphitheather.The apartment provides everyting you need to have a pleasent stay,everything is freshly renovated and has a new airconditioning,kitchen,bathroom and fully functioning WiFi.Becouse it is located in city centre bus bus station is only located 50m away from the apartmet wich provides conection to the entire city for a small fee.Parking in the street of the accomodation is free but is not guaranteed becouse it can be occupied,adjacent streets provide parking space for a small fee.
