He did a wonderful job decorating the lobby tastefully for Christmas; really nice, and this, too, was on his day off. The halls are always clean. The parking lot and pathways are always shovelled. He always opens the door for my mother and I. I feel that he keeps our building very safe. He is always pleasant. He repaired our bathtub and a leak in the parking lot, but I have never heard him complain about anything. I just wanted to thank you for providing us with a wonderful resident manager.”
